What distinguishes the product

Key features of the product

Advanced solutions in the field of automatic control and monitoring of individual stages of drying processes (possibility of precise control and fine-tuning of many parameters during the operation of our devices - temperature, hot air blowing force, energy consumption, the dynamics of the work of panels emitting infrared radiation, etc. This, combined with modern solutions concerning the use of sensors and probes that record a wide range of parameters, such as internal or surface humidity, creates completely new possibilities in terms of optimizing drying processes. One example may be minimizing or even eliminating damage or waste that always occurs in traditional drying technologies.

Ecological

Zero CO2 emissions during operation. ONLY POWERED BY ELECTRICITY

Economic

High efficiency of drying processes also in terms of energy consumption of about 9 kW per 1 tonne% of dried biological materials. 9 kW is the total consumption per 1 tonne % of all dryer equipment.

MICROBIOLOGY

High rates of removal of fungi, mold and, to a large extent, mycotoxins and anaerobic bacteria

low temperatures

Low-temperature drying processes in the range of 45-55 degrees C, DO NOT AFFECT THE MECHANICAL AND BIOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF THE DRIED MATERIAL.

general information

Characteristics of a wood dryer

System dries to natural (equivalent) humidity of 10-12%

The complex is based on the principle of using low-temperature infrared radiation (55-60 degrees). This method speeds up the natural drying cycle of the wood. Example: 1 cm dries for 1 year, and in our case - 1 day. Our process is 365 times faster. Our drying technology activates (revives) the capillary system and the internal moisture moves in one direction - the juice flow. The capillary system remains intact. During drying, shrinkage of wood occurs in the same way as in natural conditions - length / width / thickness. Drying Principle - Our system directly affects the moisture inside the product, so the temperature inside the material is higher than outside. Blowing from the top contributes to lowering the temperature. Moisture tends to the cold zone - to the surface. The temperature difference is 3-5 degrees. All energy is directed at heating the molecular water, not at the material. The assumed installed power per 1 m3 is about - 6.0 kW. resistance panels and fans. The device operates from 220/380 V / 50 Hz, which is not harmful to humans. Automatic control. During the drying cycle, all devices use 60-70% of the installed electricity

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

WHAT DO CUSTOMERS ASK MOST OFTEN?

One of the features of our technology is low working temperatures. Drying takes place in the range of 45-55*C.

The drying process is natural, as in nature, thanks to which the material is practically perfectly dried without the risk of damage.

Drying a 70mm thick beech board with an input humidity of 43% within 6 days, we reach an output humidity of 11%.

They are very small due to the low installed power of the heating devices and the much shorter drying time.
