Advanced solutions in the field of automatic control and monitoring of individual stages of drying processes (possibility of precise control and fine-tuning of many parameters during the operation of our devices – temperature, hot air blowing force, energy consumption, the dynamics of the work of panels emitting infrared radiation, etc. This, combined with modern solutions concerning the use of sensors and probes that record a wide range of parameters, such as internal or surface humidity, creates completely new opportunities for optimizing drying processes, one example being the minimization or even elimination of damage or waste that always occurs in traditional drying technologies.

WHAT DO CUSTOMERS ASK MOST OFTEN?
01.IS THE PRODUCT DRIED IN THE INFRARED HEATING INFRARED TECHNOLOGY SAFE FOR CONSUMERS?
The drying process does not affect the biological and mechanical properties of the dried product, therefore the color, taste and smell remain at the same intensive level, it is a natural drying process.
02.CAN I DRY CORN WITH YOU STRAIGHT FROM THE FIELD, FROM UNDER THE COMBINE?
Yes, in the drying process it does not matter. We can accept corn straight from the field because a screen is installed in front of the dryer to separate impurities.
03.WHAT PERMITABLE MOISTURE HUMIDITY SHOULD THE CORN HAVE BEFORE THE DRYING PROCESS?
We allow corn even with the highest moisture parameters.
Drying is done in one pass in the drying process, eg from 46% to 14%.
04.IS INFRARED DRYING FASTER COMPARED TO OLD SOLUTIONS?
We significantly accelerate the drying process compared to traditional solutions, at least 50% faster and at least 50% lower energy consumption.
05.WHAT IS THE DRYING TIME OF CORN IN YOUR TECHNOLOGY?
An exemplary time of drying corn from 35% to 12% moisture is about 4 hours.
